This Proposal is valid for quotation submission. Delivery Time is estimated within 45 days from date of confirmation of purchase
These products shall remain the property of Upstream Solution until payment is settled in full. In the event where the CUSTOMER fails to settle the balance owed to Upstream Solution as stipulatedinthe payment schedule, Upstream Solution reserves the right to impose a late payment charge of 1% per month on the balance owed. Upstream Solution reserves the right to repossess the product/s in the event the CUSTOMER fails to settle all outstanding balances within 1 month after the expiry of the scheduled final payment.

Subject to stock availability, goods will be delivered within 3 days upon receiving of final approval and upfront deposit.
Client shall responsible for expenses to reach the destination such as traveling expenses
(airfares, trains, busses, taxis, ferries, etc.), accommodation fee, and technical service per
man per day. Additional Charges of RM800.00 per man-day will be imposed for Additional implementation day.
Client are advise add on purchase Windows license and Upstream Solutions are not responsible on againts the software piracy if any action taken by MICROSOFT.
DINESOFT shall not be responsible for goods not supplied by Upstream Solutions while been transported to or from any location and also while store at our premises. We strongly recommend all the system to be equipped with Uninterruptible Power Supply.
The equipment will be delivered right to stated location with installation and setup carried out by our qualified
Technicians. Clients need to verify and ensure that the equipments are all in good conditions upon delivery
and installation
Client will assume to take good care of the loaned equipments and responsibility for the lost or stolen properties
during rental period.Upstream Solutions reserves the right to charge the equipment at retail price of the damaged, los or stolen item.
Client is responsible to arrange TWO staffs (recommended personnel: Operation Manager
and Cashier) during the installation and implementation of the system. Staffs name are to be submitted to Upstream Solutions before the installation. These staffs are required to accept the full
training and understanding on our system functionalities and system flows. Maximum up to THREE trainees are allowed during the training session. Additional training sessions will becharged accordingly.
